LINCOLN (LRTL/SNR) – After the rosary and special prayers by Bishop Conley Feb. 13, Mass was concelebrated in the new Lincoln Right to Life Pro-life Center by Father Thomas MacLean, Father Christopher Barak and Father Joseph Steele.
More than 70 people attended, with the intentions of the Holy Spirit to touch the hearts of those mothers inside Planned Parenthood, that they change their minds and give life to their unborn child.
Approximately 10 minutes into the Mass being celebrated in the pro-life center across the street from Planned Parenthood, a couple left Planned Parenthood in their car, stopped beside the sidewalk counselor, rolled down the window and the driver – the unborn baby’s father – said, "You people... are doing a very good thing here!"
When asked if they had been inside Planned Parenthood he said, "Yes! And it is because of you guys out here that we have decided to keep our baby!"
The sidewalk counselor reported that both the mother and father were all smiles.
We “are doing a very good thing” and we have to be physically present on the sidewalk praying to make a difference. Join us every abortion Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. and attend the 10 a.m. Mass in the Lincoln Right to Life Pro-life Center across the street.
Father Steele will celebrate the Feb. 27 Mass, and other priests are invited to concelebrate. Parking is available at Cornerstone Christian Church, 4849 Old Cheney Rd. People should always cross the streets at the crosswalk, located at 48th and Old Cheney.
