Men’s seminar in Lincoln Oct. 5: charity and honesty

LINCOLN (SNR) – “Countering the Culture with Charity and Honesty,” a seminar for men, will be held Oct. 5 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at St. John the Apostle Church, 7601 Vine St., Lincoln.

The evening seminar will be hosted by Regnum Christi and St. John’s Knights of Columbus. It begins with Exposition and Adoration.
A meal will be served while participants listen to speakers, followed by a question-and-answer period, and concluding with Benediction.

The seminar aims to pose the question, “Can you speak convincingly to others about marriage and abortion from the Catholic perspective?” Omar Guiterez, Bob Sullivan and Russ Barger will explain how to speak charitably and clearly to others about these issues. John Soukup will act as moderator and lead the question-and-answer period.
