Matt Maher coming to Wahoo

WAHOO (SNR) – Bishop Neumann High School in Wahoo has announced that contemporary Christian music artist Matt Maher will perform a concert at the school this summer.

The concert will be held at 7 p.m. Aug 11 at Bishop Neumann, 202 S. Linden, Wahoo.

Tickets are available online at www.lincolndiocese.org/youth. They can also be purchased at Bishop Neumann High School, or from the Diocese of Lincoln Youth Ministry Office at the John XXIII Diocesan Center, 3700 Sheridan Blvd., Lincoln.

Tickets are $15 – plus a $2 handling fee if they are not picked up in person.  With questions, call 402-443-4151.

Maher is a well-known Catholic artist. He has written and produced seven solo albums, three of which have reached the Top 25 Christian Albums Billboard chart. Four of his singles have reached the Top 25 Christian Songs chart. He was awarded the Songwriter of the Year at the 2015 GMA Dove Awards. He performed for a youth rally during Pope Benedict XVI’s visit to the United States in 2008, and he sang for Pope Francis during World Youth Day 2013 in Brazil and World Youth Day 2016 in Poland.
