LINCOLN (SNR) - Bishop James Conley spent the afternoon of Sept. 14 with Cathedral’s Eaglet preschoolers at their outdoor classroom in Lincoln, talking about his love of bees.
The bishop has 10,000 bees in two hives. He brought empty frames from a hive to show the children and told them the bees travel up to 3 miles in search of food. He then gave them honey harvested from one of his hives.
