Congratulations to Libby Rappl of Bishop Neumann High School who was selected to be a member of the 2019 Attorney General’s Youth Conference of Nebraska. Libby will have the opportunity to participate in discussion and debate on topics ranging from our U.S. Constitution, rights, responsibilities to critical issues facing students and communities. Libby was also selected to attend Girls State, a summer leadership and citizenship programs sponsored by The American Legion.
