World Youth Day

Since 1984, every 2-3 years the Popes have invited the youth of the world (ages 16-35) to international gatherings, as a powerful moment to encounter Christ, celebrate their faith, and to help them carry home the message to be Christ’s light to the world. At the last World Youth Day in 2019, Pope Francis announced the next country to host would be Lisbon in August, 2023. As soon as dates are announced, we will prepare the registration for our diocesan trip, so check back to see all the news as that information becomes available.

The next World Youth Day will be held in Seoul, South Korea in 2027! Check back for more details as they become available.
