World Youth Day

Since 1984, every 2-3 years the Popes have invited the youth of the world (ages 16-35) to international gatherings, as a powerful moment to encounter Christ, celebrate their faith, and to help them carry home the message to be Christ’s light to the world.  Due to the time of travel for the 2019 World Youth Day, no diocesan trip will be planned.  Instead, there will be an alternative pilgrimage to see the Pope!

There will not be a diocesan trip planned for World Youth Day 2019. Please consider the alternative summer trip to Rome.  Thank you!
