Attendees of the Nebraska State Fair are welcome to attend Sunday Masses on the fairgrounds, celebrated by bishops from the Catholic Diocese of Grand Island.
Bishop Emeritus William Dendinger will celebrate Mass Sunday, Aug. 30, with the local 20-member Catholic contemporary worship team providing music.
Bishop Joseph Hanefeldt will celebrate Mass Sunday, Sept. 6, with the Catholic worship team providing traditional music.
Both Masses will be held at 8:30 a.m. in the southwest corner of the fairgrounds on the ACP Stage, in front of the Aurora Co-op Pavilion (east side).
All donations collected during the offetory at each of the Masses will go to the Howard/Greeley Food Pantry.
