Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS)
The Creighton Model (CrMS) uses the external observation of mucus to identify the times of fertility and infertility using standardized terminology. A trained FertilityCare Practitioner, or FCP, works closely one on one with clients for at least 8 follow ups in the first year of use. This method works in conjunction with NaProTechnology to better understand and correct underlying conditions affecting women's cycles.
This method can be used to achieve or avoid pregnancy, for women with irregular or regular cycles, infertility, breastfeeding or postpartum, and pre/peri-menopause.
