This class relates the wanderings of the Israelites in the desert for forty years, preceded by the covenent on Mt. Sinai and the Ten Commandments. After the Israelites commit the sin of idolatry with the golden calf, God renews the covenant with his chosen people. The Law, given in the books of Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy, is central to the content of this class.
