This class considers the kingdom being torn in two parts, Judah and Israel, and the reign of kings Rehoboam and Jeroboam. Students will learn more about the Prophet Elijah, who confronts King Ahab and proves that there is one true God in Israel. Elijah's successor is Elisha. Other prophets considered in this class include Amos and Hosea. The Assyrian invasion and the destruction of Israel conclude the class topics.
